STUDENT PASTOR

The primary role of the Student Pastor is to introduce young people to Christ, disciple them in spiritual

growth, and equip them to serve Christ. The Student Pastor also equips parents/guardians to disciple

their children. The Student Pastor is responsible for planning, promoting, and executing all activities

for grades six through young adults. In addition to in-house activities, the Student Pastor is expected

to develop and lead a ministry presence in 5+ school systems/areas around our church and work with

the pastors to execute an audacious vision to reach students.
